Consulting, one to one
Sixty minutes on a video call, one to one, about whatever you're trying to work out: starting a drone business, growing one, pricing, positioning, the regulations, or a decision you'd rather not get wrong. You talk, Matt asks the questions that matter, and within two working days you get a written summary of what you agreed and what to do next.
Who it's for
Most questions about running a drone business have an answer, and it's usually shorter than the forums make it look. What training you actually need. What to charge. How to get the first paid job, and the tenth. Which authorisation the work really calls for. Whether the thing you're about to spend money on is the right thing.
Matt has answered those questions, one to one, for more than a thousand people. An hour with him is the quickest way we know to swap a year of guessing for a plan.
It's for you if you're starting out and want to do it properly from day one. It's for you if you've been at it for years and have hit something you can't see round. It isn't a pitch for anything else we sell, and it isn't a chat about kit. Bring a real question.
Why Matt
Former RAF pilot and helicopter instructor. Flew heavy lift drones for film, television and live sport around the world from 2010. Wrote the first A2 CofC and GVC courses ever approved by the UK CAA, founded the UK's first Recognised Assessment Entity in 2020, and built and exited what became the world's largest drone training organisation. Along the way he's trained more than 66,500 pilots and coached more than a thousand business owners, one to one.

The price
£997 is Matt's rate. It's what an hour of his time costs, whoever's asking, and it's the same whether you're a one person start up or a fleet. There's no introductory version of it and no bundle, and the hour isn't a pitch for anything else we sell.
If that's more than your question is worth to you, that's a fair answer. The Help Centre answers a lot for free, and so does our YouTube channel. And if you take the A2 or the GVC with us, twelve months in our community come with the course, and inside it an hour of group coaching with Matt every month.

Whatever you need it to. Most people come with one of three things: they're starting out and want to know what to do first; they're running a business and something's stalled; or there's a specific decision in front of them, a purchase, a contract, an authorisation, and they want a second opinion from someone who's been there.
Matt asks questions, listens, and tells you what he'd do. Then you get it in writing.
Yes, if you're serious. Starting properly is a lot cheaper than fixing things later, and an hour before you spend money on training or kit tends to pay for itself.
If you're not sure you're ready to act on what you hear, wait until you are.
That's most of the people Matt talks to. Pricing, positioning, adding services, taking on a second pilot, getting the paperwork to a standard that survives an audit, deciding whether to go after the bigger contracts.
Bring the specific thing.
Because that's Matt's rate. It's the same for everyone, it doesn't move with how busy we are, and there's no introductory version of it.
If your question is worth less than that to you, the Help Centre and our YouTube channel answer a lot for free. And every A2 and GVC course we run includes twelve months in our community, with an hour of group coaching from Matt each month.
We email you within one working day of booking to agree one. Sessions run on video, during UK working hours.
You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, unless the session has already happened at your request. After that, move it free with at least two working days' notice. With less notice than that, or if you don't turn up, we may treat the session as delivered.
The detail is in our refund policy.
Yes. Some people book one and come back when the next decision arrives. Some want a regular slot.
If you'd like ongoing time with Matt, say so on the call and we'll agree a shape that fits. It's priced the same way, by the hour.
A few lines by email before the call: where you are, what you're trying to do, what's in the way. Matt reads everything you send. Documents are welcome if they're relevant: a business plan, a quote you're unsure about, a letter from the CAA.
And come ready to be honest about the numbers. The hour is only as useful as what you put into it.
No. Take the A2 or the GVC with us and you get twelve months in our community, and inside it an hour of group coaching with Matt every month. It's part of the course, and it's the right place for most questions.
This is different: an hour on your business alone, with a written plan at the end of it.
